Born and raised in Mallorca, Alberto Samir González studied law in Spain before going on to work at larger legal and tax advisory firms — gaining broad experience across Spanish & International tax law, private client advisory, and cross-border matters.

That experience shaped a clear conviction: that international clients navigating Spanish law deserve more personal, more considered advice than larger firms are typically structured to provide.

That conviction led to the founding of SamirLaw — a boutique practice built exclusively around the legal and tax needs of international clients in Spain.

With over a decade of experience, Alberto advises expatriates, entrepreneurs, remote professionals, and foreign investors on the full spectrum of relocation and tax matters — from Digital Nomad Visa applications and Beckham Law to cross-border tax planning, property acquisition, and asset structuring. He handles every case personally, supported where relevant by a trusted network of specialists in international tax, immigration law, and related fields.

Our approach is direct, practical, and grounded in a genuine understanding of what it means to navigate a new legal and tax system from abroad.

Education: Degree in Law, Master's degree in Legal Practice, Master's degree in Tax Law & Fiscal Procedures.

Languages: English, German, French, Arabic and Spanish.
